What are your transcription rates?

For transcription projects or one-time dictation, our rates range from $2.49 to $3.49 per minute depending on the number of speakers and level of quality assurance requested.

We offer dynamic billing options for legal certification transcriptions starting at just 30$ per man hour and $300-$350 per audio hour, with volume discounts available for more extended contracts.

For ongoing or medical accounts, we offer clients a number of different dynamic billing options to fit your budget. You can choose from hourly rates and monthly retainers for both transcription services as well administrative work that needs to be done on top of the hours already being charged per task
